The GPON (Gigabit-capable Passive Optical Network) technology, part of the PON standards family, is used for the deployment of FTTH (Fiber To The Home) networks and high-capacity passive optical infrastructures. Thanks to its fully passive architecture, it enables fiber optic connectivity distribution without active equipment between the central office and the end users, reducing installation and maintenance costs as well as the risk of failures.

It provides high bandwidth, immunity to electromagnetic interference, and allows the reduction of wiring cabinets and intermediate equipment through the use of smaller and lighter cables. The infrastructure also remains scalable over time, requiring the upgrade of only the head-end and terminal devices.

The range includes OLT (Optical Line Terminal), ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and switches, essential devices for the deployment and management of GPON infrastructures in residential and business environments, as well as in internal networks of offices, hotels, hospitals and hospitality facilities.
